Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@barrelandash.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].
